Summit 23

Believing that knowledge is meaningful with practice, therefore we have created a concept that will support the education of young people with case studies, field experiences and experience sharing.

We have created a roadmap that will prepare our youth for leadership step by step and gathered the common characteristics of the leaders in the world under 9 themes. We have written an adventure consisting of Summit 23, Academy 23, Workshop 23 stations where they can internalize these themes.

We started our adventure at VW Arena, at Summit 23, with the participation of 1500 young people carefully selected from thousands of applications. We separated the content from the standard Summit concept that we are used to seeing. We have customized it in accordance with our target audience with dozens of stages and experience areas that last throughout the day.

Our guest, who received the most attention from young people at the summit, is Nobel Prize winner Prof. Dr. Aziz Sancar. Apart from Sancar, dozens of leaders who are number 1 in their fields in Turkey and in the world shared their experiences on the stage to inspire our youth.

Among the participants, 23 young people who met the criteria were involved in an adventure that would last for 1 year. The story of 23 to 2022 will continue…
